We will arrive at least one hour prior to the event start time for set-up, unless otherwise requested by the client.
Please Note: Any area outside of Santa Clara County is automatically subject to a $5 price increase per hour.
Any staff member working over 8 hours will begin to accrue overtime for each additional hour at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
*If a 1099 will be required we ask that this be communicated immediately.
*If payment is not received on the day of your event, payment must be received no later than two weeks after the event. Penalties will begin to incur after two weeks.
The small event package applies to 4 hour events of 25 people or less. It includes (1) 6' Bar Table w/ linen, (1) 4' Back Table w/ linen, 1 Large ice tub w/ bar accessories, and Bartender for 4 hours. (*Promotion available only in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo Counties.)
These 6' tables can be used as Main bar and/or "Back bar". Other uses include storage for over stock during large events, extra food, bussing, gift table, name tag table, cake table, coffee table, etc.
These 4' tables can be used as a "Back bar" to hold all glasses and over stock of bottles. Other uses include kids table, name tag table, cake table, coffee table, etc.
Additional linens can be requested according to the needs of the event. If additional tables are also needed, we will happily coordinate with the appropriate rental vendor.
Our 3 gallon beverage dispensers are clear acrylic with stainless steel cover, base, and spigot with ice cooling system.
We provide two large rectangular stainless steel chafers and/or two 12" round stainless steel with clear glass top (sterno included).

Ice tubs are stainless steel and moisture resistant. We'll keep your beverages nice and cold!
